Take a look at the latest updates to your owner website:

Enhancements:
  • The top pages visited by owners have been updated to incorporate a new availability search widget. This enhancement allows owners to conveniently search for resort availability and Bonus Time options on numerous pages, expanding beyond just the dashboard or the Search Resorts page.
Bug fixes:
  • A fix is underway for owners who are getting a blank white screen when using different areas of the website.
  • A fix is being implemented to help with service call failures for the MFA step that returns owners back when the username/password entered is incorrect. 
  • In the Bonus Time search feature, the conversion rate has been updated to the 2024 rate and a bug was fixed on the loading screen when owners select dates.
  • A fix is underway to stop the Transfer Credit Form and BOD Contact Form from erroring out upon submission.

Other recent updates:
  • 12/14
    • Now have the ability to search and book all Club Wyndham resorts that are available via Club Pass.
    • The Bonus Time Search provides an option through Resort Search Results or the Monthly Availability Calendar pages to search specifically for availability during the Bonus Time booking window and shows the cost in dollars vs. credits.
  • 11/14
    • Now have the ability to recognize/accept new goodwill awards “currency” throughout the web pages including Booking, Cancel, View Reservation Details, Modify Nights, and Credit Summary. 
    • The Monthly Availability Calendar “all suites” option allows you to view daily availability on the calendar across all suites versus having to select each individual suite type to see what dates are available. 
    • As owners are reviewing search results they will be able to review more info about the WorldMark suites shown in the results set by adding the suite description info into the suite details summary. 
    • Adding ability to decline a waitlist match and modify allowing owners to decline the original waitlist match, but easily modify the original request to update what they now prefer.
    • Had a problem with submitting some of the forms across the website due to a bug in the latest version released in September, which is now fixed. 
    • Had an instance where owners were unable to switch between accounts in the navigation, which is now fixed.
  • 10/13
    • Users now have the ability to modify a submitted waitlist that has no current match.
    • When searching for travel dates for a specific resort, your travel dates will be carried over from the Resort Search Results page to the Monthly Availability Calendar page.
    • Once you have entered travel dates for a specific resort on the Resort Search Results page, your travel dates will carry over to the Resort Details page. You will also see the lowest cost per night for your specific travel dates for that resort.
    • A bug where international addresses needed a zip code field for cash payments has been fixed.
    • A bug where users could not advance in the booking flow if they attempt to pay with a credit card with an expiration date of the current month has been fixed.
  • 9/28
    • WorldMark Pending Owners have a few more User Interface changes that will be rolling out soon. (Email trigger setup still being delivered)
    • A bug affecting the resort search component's ability to exclude unpublished/inactive resorts has been fixed.
    • A bug affecting the Owners' ability to pay their loans online after the 9/13 release has been fixed.
    • A bug affecting the confirmation of due being paid via Paypal has been fixed.
  • 9/13
    • In response to owner requests, you now have the option to access a list of countries from a dropdown list on the Permission Addendum Form.
    • WorldMark Pending Owners will soon receive email triggers for same-day registration. A new User Interface will be rolling out soon.
    • The required zip code field has been removed for international users when a cash payment is required.
    • A bug affecting the dropdown feature on the Monthly Availability calendar for CWSP suite types has been fixed.
    • A bug affecting the Waitlist Requests and Allowed Length of stays has been fixed for owners
  • 8/10
    • A bug that prevented users from toggling between different member numbers within a session has been fixed.
    • The reservation details section will no longer appear blank or display information from a prior reservation.
    • Users were experiencing a bug where users “jumped” forward to a future month and then started using the scroll option for future months, making owners think there wasn’t availability. This bug has been fixed.
    • A bug that was showing "sales suites" in the Suite Type dropdown selection has been fixed
    • A bug that impacted login attempts for approximately 4,000 owners has been fixed
  • 7/26
    • A data push for Adobe Target is impacting personalized offers
    • When canceling your reservation online, refund payments via Paypal are not processing.
    • When using mobile devices, the waitlist match details modal is not allowing owners to the next step.
    • Booking Payment Options Step: Owners who have been grandfathered in are unable to proceed past the booking payment options step if out of the Housekeeping Services screen
      Availability Calendar page.
    • Booking Payment Options Step: Owners are experiencing challenges when attempting to proceed past the Booking Payments Options screen for WM Shawnee Village
    • Modify Nights Payment Options Step: Users who have not selected Housekeeping are not able to proceed past the Payment Options when using Vacation Credits
    • Monthly Availability Calendar: Available dates are not appearing when users scroll back and forth between months
    • Monthly Availability Calendar: Accessible Features are not displayed in the Club Pass Suite Details page.
    • The Contact form is not populating the phone number fields
