Beginning Oct. 1, your owner rental program through Extra Holidays is back. This program serves as a final option for owners who are unable take their vacation and would instead like to list that reservation for rent — and get paid in the process with the new 60/40 split, instead of the previous flat rate. Here’s how it works.

Say you’ve booked your next amazing family vacation. Sometimes life happens and you know well in advance that you’re unable to go on your planned trip. If you know you can’t go more than 30 days ahead of your check-in date (all the way up to 10 months in advance), you can list that reservation with Extra Holidays as long as it’s a minimum 2-night stay, maximum 7-night stay, at a participating WorldMark resort. If Extra Holidays is able to place your reservation with another vacationer, you’re entitled to 60% of the net proceeds while Extra Holidays receives 40% of the net proceeds.
