When is a Guest Certificate needed?

If you make a reservation and are not occupying the suite, you'll need to use a Guest Certficate. Guest Certificates are awarded to your account each anniversary year based on the number of credits you own, and they expire at the end of your anniversary year. Once your complimentary Guest Certificates have been used, additional Guest Certificates are subject to a non-refundable fee. Before you book, you can view the current rates and fees for the most up-to-date Guest Certificate fee. Additionally, a Guest Certificate is required each time you add or change the guest name on a reservation, so it is reccomended to finalize your plans before adding the guest name.
